Kalief Robinson guided us through a wide number of shooting locations and posing ideas with a very capable model Carly Siegel. It was great to be introduced to the spaces that we can return to if we have the opportunity to take portraits on our own.

A very enjoyable event! Kai was generous, insightful and willing to assist with our many questions regarding lighting, distance and our interaction with the talent. Both the talent and my co-photographers were a very pleasant group to work with. I can highly recommend taking this workshop!

Had a great time. Kalif was very knowledgeable, let us do our own thing, but was right there if anyone had questions. Even threw out the settings he was using to help those just learning their system. He had challenges for each shoot, which helped us push our creativity to the next level.

This is our rescue dog, Rosa. She's almost 6 years old. We rescued her st 5 months old. This is her best friend, the "Gingerbread Man." She will chew through every other toy, but not this one! I'm new to photography, but this picture was taken with a Nikon Z7ii. I used natural lighting shinning through the glass door & adjusted the lighting in photoshop for the finishing touches.

This amazing shot was taken at Mulligans Flat Woodland Sanctuary during one of my morning visits at the Sanctuary in February 2024. The first soft light rays from the sun and rising of mist from the lake water made it to look more serene and atmospheric environment. The dead tree (snags) in the water played vital role in making it look like the ghostly scenes in Hollywood movie "Lord of the Rings".The photo was shot with Nikon Z7ii at ISO 100, f14 at 13 sec and processed in Lightroom classic

Been trying to capture an airplane going in front of the Moon for years. Still haven't got that Moon transit capture. There is something dynamic about this almost transit image I captured though. It almost gives the appearance that the passengers of that plane are doing a fly by and see the moon up close out of their windows.

Working on trying new things! Plucked this Puff out of my front yard flower bed. Used a small compact mirror to create the shot using natural daylight thorough the window.
